Futures can liquidate the entire position
VaultElite licences automated execution engine software. Users connect their own exchange accounts via API keys, and trade their own capital on those accounts. VaultElite does not:
The engine operates on a non-discretionary, fully automated basis — it executes pre-coded rules that you accept on licence activation. You retain full control of your funds, your API keys, and your ability to stop the engine at any time.
Trading cryptocurrencies, futures, and derivative instruments carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. You can lose some or all of the capital allocated on your connected exchange account. Before activating any licence you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, financial situation, and appetite for risk.
Do not invest or expose more capital than you can afford to lose entirely.
Leveraged futures and perpetual contracts magnify both potential gains and potential losses. A position may be liquidated automatically by the exchange when margin requirements are no longer met, resulting in the rapid loss of the entire capital allocated to that position. Funding rates, exchange outages, network congestion, oracle failures, and other venue-specific events may cause additional or unexpected losses.
Engine-side risk controls — including circuit breakers and liquidation buffers — are designed to remain active during normal operation. They do not eliminate the possibility of loss and may not function during exchange outages, connectivity failures, extreme volatility, or other adverse conditions outside our control.
Trading on decentralised venues (including Hyperliquid, Astra, and other on-chain perpetual platforms) carries additional risks specific to blockchain infrastructure: smart-contract exploits, validator/sequencer failures, gas price spikes, chain re-organisations, oracle manipulation, MEV, and protocol-level governance changes. VaultElite does not control these venues or their smart contracts and cannot recover funds lost to protocol failures.
Any historical figures, backtests, screenshots, or illustrations shown on the Platform or in marketing materials are illustrative only and do not predict future results. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance. Numerical parameters shown on the Engine Licences page — including Licence Cap, Daily Parameter, Multiple, and Max Capital — are technical software operating parameters and licence auto-termination thresholds. They are not return targets, profit projections, or guarantees.

The Platform is not available to residents of the United States or to persons accessing the service from any jurisdiction where the use of automated trading software or the underlying instruments is prohibited or restricted.
