VaultElite is a licensed software tool, not a fund or managed service. You connect your own exchange API keys, set your capital allocation and parameters, and the engine executes fixed, disclosed trading rules — deterministically, designed to run continuously. The software cannot move funds off your exchange account.
⚠ Automated trading involves a high risk of loss. You could lose all capital you allocate on your exchange account. Past behaviour of any strategy is not a reliable indicator of future results. VaultElite does not provide investment advice.
Integrations are built and maintained against each venue’s official API documentation, with dedicated order-handling, WebSocket, and rate-limit management per exchange. The software operates on your account — it is not a venue, broker, or counterparty.
Rule-based DCA and grid strategies across 19 centralised exchanges. The engine places orders with volatility-aware spacing, trailing take-profits, and automatic reanchoring. It will not place a new order that would push committed capital above your configured allocation.
Perpetual futures execution across 12 centralised exchanges. Derivatives and leverage are venue features governed by each exchange’s own terms and eligibility rules. Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains — for experienced traders only.
Perpetual futures on supported on-chain venues, powered by the same rule-based engine as the CEX integrations. Your funds remain in your own on-chain account; the software holds only the trading credentials you authorise — use a dedicated API/agent wallet, never your main wallet key.
Most of what matters about VaultElite is what it cannot do.
VaultElite never holds, receives, pools, or transfers user funds. Your capital sits on your own exchange account under your own credentials, exactly where it was before you connected.
The software operates through exchange API keys used only to place and manage orders. Create your keys with trading permission only and withdrawals disabled — the software never requests withdrawal permission and cannot initiate withdrawals. You can revoke access at the exchange at any moment, independently of us.
The engine operates within the capital allocation you set: it will not place a new order that would push committed capital above your configured allocation. Enforcement is applied at order level, before any order reaches the exchange.
API credentials are encrypted at rest with authenticated symmetric encryption under a dedicated, rotatable encryption key, and are isolated per user. They are used solely to operate the engine you activate.
Pausing halts new order placement on the next engine cycle. Stopping cancels the engine’s open buy orders; existing sell orders and open positions remain on your exchange, under your control, so they can complete. You retain full manual control of your exchange account at all times — the software never locks you out of anything.
VaultElite is not discretionary. Every engine executes a fixed, pre-coded rule set whose behaviour is described before you purchase. The same market inputs always produce the same actions.
Each licence tier runs a fixed, pre-coded strategy — how it behaves (entries, spacing, exits, risk handling) is described on this page and on each product listing before you purchase. The underlying algorithm is not user-editable; you control the operating parameters available to your tier, such as allocation, grid spacing, and stop-loss.
Backtests implement the same strategy rules used live — grid spacing, reanchoring, stop-loss, and fees. Backtested results are historical simulations only and are not predictions or targets.
VaultElite publishes no return figures, targets, or projections. Licence operating limits (such as the Licence Cap) are software-metering mechanisms, not performance indicators, and there is no assurance any limit will be reached.
Core activates 1 spot engine. Professional activates 3 spot engines. Elite activates 5 spot engines. Futures & perpetuals are available via a separate Futures Licence.
Want more engines running simultaneously? Each additional spot licence stacks on top of your existing engines — +1 spot engine per Core, +3 per Professional, +5 per Elite. Futures engines are granted by a separate Futures Licence.
Every feature below is a software function — not a promise of performance.
Fixed, pre-coded strategy rules with volatility-aware spacing, trailing take-profit, automatic reanchoring, and configurable levels — designed to run continuously. No discretion, no judgment calls: the same inputs always produce the same actions.
A built-in analyser classifies conditions across five regimes: Sideways Calm, Sideways Volatile, Bull Trending, Bear Trending, and Neutral. Volatility, momentum, and trend strength feed the fixed rule set — no machine learning, no black box.
Native integrations with dedicated REST, WebSocket, and rate-limit management per exchange, built against each venue’s official API documentation. Spot on 19 CEX; futures and perpetuals on 12 supported CEX venues and 2 DEX.
User-configured allocation ceilings, stop-loss levels, exposure controls, and circuit breakers, with pre-trade checks on every order. Risk controls reduce certain risks — no risk control can eliminate the possibility of loss.
Order placement, tracking, and lifecycle management per exchange, with slippage controls and liquidation-buffer logic on leveraged positions where applicable. WebSocket market data in, REST orders out.
Realised and unrealised P&L, drawdown, win rate, and per-exchange breakdowns in your dashboard — reporting on your own account’s activity, which you can verify directly on your exchange.
Backtests implement the same strategy rules used live, with slippage and fee modelling. Backtested results are historical simulations only and are not predictions or targets.
Async, event-driven engine designed for continuous operation, processing live WebSocket market data with automatic reconnection. Availability is not guaranteed; outages can occur.
Every user runs in a fully isolated runtime — zero shared state between users. API credentials encrypted at rest and isolated per user; create keys trade-only with withdrawals disabled. Audit logging of signals and orders.
No deposits. No transfers. No handing anything over. VaultElite operates on your existing exchange account through API keys that you create, scope, and can revoke at any time.
Choose a licence tier from our store. You’re buying software access — nothing else. Licences are purchased once and are subject to the operating limits and duration set out in the Terms.
Generate a trade-only API key on your exchange (withdrawals disabled) and connect it, or connect your own wallet for on-chain venues. Keys are stored encrypted and used only to place and manage orders you’ve authorised the engine to run. Your funds stay on your exchange — we never hold capital.
You decide the capital allocation, the pair, and the operating settings for your tier. The engine will not place a new order that would push committed capital above your configured allocation. Nothing runs until you activate it.
Start the engine when you’re ready. Monitor every order in your dashboard and on your own exchange. Pause or stop new order placement with one action — existing sell orders and positions remain yours to manage — or revoke your API key at the exchange to end the software’s access entirely.
Every tier runs the same execution engine. Tiers differ only in software operating limits — allocation ceilings, pair capacity, and engine count. No tier implies or promises any trading outcome. Futures & perpetuals (CEX and DEX) are sold separately as a Futures Licence.
Core activates 1 spot engine, Professional activates 3 spot engines, and Elite activates 5 spot engines. Stack additional licences to add more spot engines. Futures & perpetuals (CEX and DEX) require a separate Futures Licence.
For traders automating spot execution with mechanical, rule-based grid parameters.
For experienced traders automating spot execution at larger scale, across more pairs and engines.
For advanced traders operating at scale, with no software-imposed allocation or pair limits.
Need more capacity? Stack additional licences to add +1 (Core), +3 (Professional), or +5 (Elite) spot engines — run independent strategies across different exchanges in parallel.
Spot licences cover CEX spot trading only. Leveraged futures & perpetuals (CEX and on-chain DEX) activate via a separate Futures Licence — sold standalone or alongside any spot tier. Suitable only for experienced traders who understand the risk of loss.
All licences are software licences governed by our Terms & Conditions. Software operating limits vary by tier — never allocate capital you cannot afford to lose. Refund terms, including the digital-content withdrawal waiver, are set out in the Terms.
VaultElite is designed for people who already trade, understand the markets they operate in, and want systematic, rules-based execution on their own accounts. It is not designed for beginners, and it is not a passive-income product. If you are not comfortable with the possibility of losing the capital you allocate, this software is not for you.
